We can't outline what we are about to do with regards to the eBay fees & so on that eBay charges sellers on each & every listing because eBay wants it hidden from Buyers and won't allow Sellers to post the following info:
eBay is great. They Offer Buyer AND Seller Protection Plans, but so does PayPal!!
We accept & recommend using PayPal on our Facebook Shooping cart & BigCartel Store for this very reason: Buyers AND Sellers are Protected using PayPal.
PLUS? We print shipping labels right out of the PayPal Transaction so that info is automatically up-loaded into the payment transaction detail for Buyers to "Track & Confirm".
So, Why the discount on our Prices versus our eBay Store listing?
eBay charges a $1.30USD "Listing Fee" for each Listing per month.
There are "Sub-title" Fees of $1.30USD each listing also.
eBay also charges ANOTHER $1.30USD for each listing if we list it under another category.
When an item "Sells" there is a "Final Value Fee" that is collected & based upon the Price of the Product sold.
That Fee amounts to: $0.86Cents USD on each item sold.
Then?? eBay also collects a "Final Value Fee on Shipping Charges" thanks to the unscrupulous eBay sellers who list something for $0.99Cents USD But charge $35.00USD "Shipping".
So, Since October, 2012 eBay has been charging "Final Value Fees on Shipping" no matter if a Seller is only charging actual shipping costs or not.
Then?? PayPal (& eBay Owns PayPal BTW) charges a "Payment Processing Fee" on the transaction of $1.15USD EACH.
ALL THOSE EBAY & PAYPAL FEES ADD UP TO OVER $5.50USD ON EACH ITEM SOLD!!
So, Our Facebook Page with the BigCartel Store serves as an alternative.
We simply deduct all the various eBay Fees off of what we list our very same product for on eBay & list it with the "Discount" here on our Facebook page.
PLUS?? We INCLUDE the hardware install kit for the courtesy of the buyers simply emailing us back a few pictures of the Rhino-Lip installed on their car!!
We water-mark & share them with others then!
