By May, 2010 He Had Gotten It Produced/Manufactured In China/Taiwan & Changed His eBayId “Citypro” To EZ-Lip.
It's A Cheap Flimsy Light-Weight Low Quality Knock-Off Copy With Knock-Off "3M" Tape Already Applied.
His Lip Also Has An E-Z 3 Step Clean, Peel & Apply 10 Minute Installation.
The Cheap Light-Weight Foamy Material Looks Like Our Product But It Is Not The Same.
We Like To Call It The "E-Z Squishy-Lip".
We Sued For Infringement & Won The Case, But With No "Assets" As He Still Lives At Home With His Parents, There Was Nothing To "Recover" Or Ability To Enforce.
We Also Found Out That Patent/Trade-Mark/Copy-Right Infringement Cases Are Very Hard & Very Expensive To Pursue To Enforce When The Manufacturer Is In China.
Apple Found This Out With Their iPads & Since Apple, Who Has Deep Pockets, Couldn't Do Anything Practical About Their Infringement Issue & Neither Could We.
