We Work Very Hard To Support Our Product, Our Buyers & In Communicating To Resolve Any Questions Or Concerns As Well..

If you will please follow the following 3 easy steps, you will be able to send the product back to us so that it does not cost you anything for return postage fees.

1). Repackage the item back up so that it doesn't look like it was opened.
If the original envelope we used for shipping to is too torn up, just easily repack the product in another box or envelope, please.

Just Please, don't repackage it at the Post Office....they don;t really need to see you doing this....else they will charge your for the Return postage.

2). We "Scotch Tape" our labels on, so they are easily removed by running a knife around the edge & then re-taping it to the other parcel or package.

3). On a Post it note please write the following on it: "RTS: Return to Sender: Refused" & hand it over to a USPS Mail Clerk or your local Carrier.

They might ask if you opened it.  Just ask them back "Does the package look like its been opened?"

USPS will return the item without any charge to you.


Why? Well, you see whenever USPS Charges for the initial shipping fee, there is already an RTS Fee also in hat charge....and if the parcel is not deliverable or if it is refused....it is this fee that is used to RTS the parcel back to Sender (RTS: Return to Sender).


We don't think dissatisfied Buyers should have to pay again for something that is already been paid for, n'est pas??

Once we receive the product back, we will process you a 100% Refund completely including all the fees & the shipping so that you get 100% of your money back credited to your PayPal account.
